Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and report stock discrepancies to the management team.
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to customers, highlighting features and benefits of MR.DIY products.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the store manager when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in store promotions, events, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the store schedule.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 10 kg, and perform store maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and basic computer skills is a bonus.
