Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Restock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
- Assist in receiving and unloading shipments, verifying stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Participate in store promotions, events, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 kg, and perform store maintenance tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
