Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
  • Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean, organized environment.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and assist with receiving and unpacking shipments.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist in opening and closing store procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is advantageous.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 kg, and perform store maintenance tasks.
