Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, promotions, and visual merchandising to drive foot traffic and revenue.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cash handling procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align store objectives with broader company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent retail management experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in furniture, home decor, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth, meet targets, and lead a team effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
