Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on eyewear selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and tracking merchandise levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including features, pricing, and promotions of eyewear collections.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Participate in training programs to improve product expertise and service skills.
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required—full training provided!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions and inventory systems.
- Passion for fashion, style, and customer service with a willingness to learn.
