Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on healthcare products, over-the-counter medications, and wellness solutions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring proper signage.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and reporting low inventory to the store manager.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Promote health and wellness products through in-store displays, recommendations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (pharmacy experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare products, OTC medications, or wellness items is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, cash registers, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by store operations.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory and store presentation.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
