Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including stocking and restocking shelves.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the management team to ensure product availability.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new merchandise, verifying shipments, and updating inventory records.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Promote ongoing sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service training is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, with attention to detail in transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong asset.
