Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including handling transactions and addressing inquiries.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are neatly displayed and well-organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders to maintain optimal stock.
- Operate the cash register and POS system accurately while processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store, including the sales floor and storage areas.
- Assist in promotional activities, such as setting up displays and distributing flyers.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required.
