Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and purchases.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash with accuracy.
- Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and ensure products are neatly displayed and well-organized.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store, including floors, counters, and storage areas.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries, and verify stock against invoices.
- Promote special offers, new products, and loyalty programs to enhance sales.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required.
