Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and checkout processes.
- Operate the cash register accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the store manager.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed according to company standards.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new merchandise deliveries.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or cash handling is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math and computer skills for cash register operations.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
