As a Retail Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales of our eco-friendly product line. Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Manage inventory, including stocking shelves, conducting regular stock checks, and processing deliveries.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Promote and educate customers on eco-friendly and sustainable products.
- Assist in setting up product displays and ensuring they are attractive and well-maintained.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Familiarity with eco-friendly or sustainable products is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are a plus.
