Responsibility
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns professionally.
- Assist with retail operations, including stock management, merchandising, and cashier duties.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Support promotional activities, including product demonstrations and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or hospitality is a bonus.
- Passion for teamwork and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
