Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on pharmacy and retail products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves, monitoring product levels, and reporting low stock to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new product launches to drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve daily sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification; higher education in retail, business, or healthcare is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or sales (pharmacy experience is advantageous).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, Microsoft Office).
