Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area to ensure a positive first and last impression.
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments securely, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store operations.
- Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to inform customers and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling and POS systems.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are advantageous).
