Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections, with a focus on healthcare and pharmacy items.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain inventory control by restocking shelves, monitoring product levels, and reporting low stock to management.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing in accordance with company standards.
- Assist in promotional activities, including setting up displays, distributing flyers, and informing customers about ongoing offers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, especially in health, wellness, and pharmacy categories, to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent (higher education in business or retail is a plus).
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or sales (preferably in pharmacy or healthcare products).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office, or inventory software).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for health and wellness products with a willingness to learn.
