Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space, including stocking shelves and displaying merchandise.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, labeling, and tracking stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Support in-store marketing efforts, such as setting up promotional displays and distributing flyers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service training is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move products (up to 15 kg).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong asset.
