Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of store staff, providing constructive feedback and performance improvement plans.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance team skills, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze store KPIs (sales, inventory, customer satisfaction) and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health/safety standards.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal strategies.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
  • Prepare and present reports on store performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record in team management, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Experience working in Bali or similar tourist-driven markets is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
