Responsibility
- Lead and manage multiple retail stores to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Train, mentor, and develop store teams to enhance performance and customer service.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, address issues, and provide guidance.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to align on business objectives and initiatives.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment to boost team morale and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-store environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive sales and operational improvements.
- Proficient in retail software, inventory management, and sales reporting tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with teams and customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
