Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all retail administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and control stock levels and inventory to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs and retail compliance standards.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on retail performance, sales, and inventory.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
- Train and mentor administrative staff to maintain high productivity and service standards.
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail administration or a similar managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) and report generation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with retail SOPs and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
