Responsibility

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on retail performance, sales, and inventory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail administration or a similar managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) and report generation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with retail SOPs and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
