Responsibility
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to assess the viability of distressed businesses.
- Develop and implement restructuring plans, including debt restructuring, asset disposal, and operational turnaround strategies.
- Liaise with stakeholders (creditors, investors, management) to negotiate and execute recovery solutions.
- Prepare insolvency reports, cash flow forecasts, and business viability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian insolvency laws, bankruptcy codes, and international best practices.
- Lead or support engagements in liquidation, receivership, and voluntary administration processes.
- Provide advisory services on risk mitigation, distressed M&A, and pre-insolvency planning.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and valuation teams to deliver holistic recovery solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or Business; a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CA, or INSOL) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restructuring, insolvency, or corporate recovery (for Senior role; 1-3 years for Associate).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian insolvency frameworks and commercial law.
- Proven track record in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and business valuation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple engagements.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required.
