Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, seating, and assisting guests with menu inquiries.
- Take and process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery to tables.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating under the guidance of the kitchen team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and kitchen areas according to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently.
- Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
