Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook authentic Korean dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and service area, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stocking ingredients, monitoring supplies, and reporting shortages.
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and customer service techniques.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a food court, restaurant, or fast-casual dining environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Korean cuisine and cooking techniques is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid food handling certification or willingness to obtain one (training provided).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
