Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a spotless and inviting environment.
- Replace and restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed, adhering to luxury hospitality standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping services, including room refreshes and special accommodations.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards before guest arrival.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to the management team for immediate resolution.
- Assist with laundry and ironing services, ensuring all fabrics are handled with care and returned in pristine condition.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when restocking is required.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, resort, or guest house setting.
