Responsibility
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Develop and update seasonal menus based on fresh, local ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Innovate and introduce new dishes to keep the menu exciting and competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
