Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Lead, train, and mentor crew members to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor food preparation, quality control, and presentation to maintain Shakey’s signature standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Manage inventory, track supplies, and assist in ordering to minimize waste and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Assist in opening/closing duties, including cash handling and end-of-day reports.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to boost team morale and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality training is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
