Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and POS systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality training is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
