Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred.
