Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow during peak and off-peak hours.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver Wingstop’s signature service standards and maintain a positive work culture.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene to comply with brand guidelines and local health regulations.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to optimize profitability while minimizing waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and end-of-day reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant, fast-food, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and HACCP principles.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, Microsoft Office, inventory software).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
