Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Oversee table reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow to optimize guest experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on sales, staff performance, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong understanding of POS systems, inventory management, and basic accounting principles.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations in Indonesia.
