Responsibility
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures and staff coordination.
- Support the management team in monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for supplies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Train and supervise junior staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and service protocols.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, such as promotions and events, to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations in all work areas.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is advantageous.
