Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the F&B team, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to service standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver attentive, professional, and personalized guest service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock management, and minimize waste.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Oversee table reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow during peak hours.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, or private dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven ability to manage and inspire a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems, reservation software, and basic financial reporting.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a guest-centric mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management is advantageous.
