Responsibility
- Deliver attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems while upselling menu items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and high-quality food and beverage delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations before and after shifts.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service protocols, and safety procedures.
- Promote a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including wine and cocktail pairings.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality is advantageous.
- Legal eligibility to work in Indonesia (KITAS/KITAP holders preferred).
