Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and adherence to high standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain exceptional service quality and professionalism.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry, preferably in a fine dining or luxury hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of Cantonese cuisine and dining etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
