Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup.
- Craft and present creative cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar and coffee station, including equipment calibration, inventory management, and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, including multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet guest demands.
- Upsell premium beverages and menu items to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue growth.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper handling of ingredients and equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista, Bartender, or in a similar role within a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso extraction, and latte art is highly desirable.
- Experience in mixology, including cocktail preparation, garnishing, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and managing inventory.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, French, German) are a plus.
