Responsibility
- Assist in daily Central Kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and packaging.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Support the team in maintaining inventory and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency.
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Help with receiving, storing, and rotating food deliveries to ensure freshness.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines efficiently.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food production environment (fresh graduates with passion are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
