Responsibility
- Ensure all spa equipment, facilities, and treatment rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained according to departmental and hygiene standards.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about spa services, and guide them to their designated treatment areas.
- Monitor and restock spa supplies, including towels, robes, slippers, and amenities, to ensure availability at all times.
- Collaborate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
- Perform regular inspections of spa facilities to identify and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Assist in the setup and preparation of treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and products are ready for use.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or spa operations is a plus.
- Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a 24/7 hospitality environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic spa operations and terminology is an advantage.
