Responsibility
- Prepare and assemble ingredients for signature dishes under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety standards.
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Collaborate with team members to manage order flow, plating, and presentation to Din Tai Fung’s high standards.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency in taste and quality.
- Restock supplies, rotate inventory, and assist with basic kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols to uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance culinary and service skills.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—full training provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak dining periods.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
