Responsibility

- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments (e.g., resorts, hotels, or fine-dining restaurants).
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
