Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests, delegates, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor at the convention and event center.
- Provide accurate information about events, facilities, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Assist with check-in/out processes, registration, and wayfinding for large-scale events and conferences.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and resolve them with a solution-oriented approach.
- Coordinate with event organizers, security, and housekeeping to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area, including signage, brochures, and informational materials.
- Assist in emergency procedures and provide first aid or direct guests to appropriate support when needed.
- Uphold brand standards in appearance, communication, and service delivery at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or hospitality roles (hotels, resorts, or event centers preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Familiarity with event management software or POS systems is advantageous.
- Well-groomed, presentable appearance, and a positive attitude under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of local tourism attractions and transportation options in Bali.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification (e.g., AHLEI) is a bonus.
