Responsibility

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with Nando’s brand values
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to Nando’s recipes and standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues to maintain satisfaction
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling costs through efficient resource management
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions, events, and operational improvements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and service standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory management
  • Indonesian work permit (for non-local candidates) or eligibility to work in Bali
