Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with Nando’s brand values
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to Nando’s recipes and standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues to maintain satisfaction
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations
- Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling costs through efficient resource management
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions, events, and operational improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory management
- Indonesian work permit (for non-local candidates) or eligibility to work in Bali
