Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to Nando’s standards and procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene to uphold brand reputation and compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to optimize profitability while minimizing waste.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Schedule staff shifts, assign tasks, and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, address concerns, and foster a collaborative culture.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, promotions, and local community engagement to drive foot traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and maintain high service standards under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer and operational challenges effectively.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
