Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift management.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by monitoring dining experiences, addressing concerns, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and teamwork.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery, presentation standards, and menu compliance.
- Manage inventory, supplier relations, and cost control to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and cultural dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Passion for Balinese culture, cuisine, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
