Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and develop F&B staff to meet performance and service standards.
- Implement and enforce SOPs for food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the kitchen, and manage supply orders.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues to maintain a positive experience.
- Schedule staff shifts, assign tasks, and ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with management to plan menus, promotions, and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within F&B, hospitality, or restaurant management.
- Proven ability to train and lead teams in high-pressure environments.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant SOPs, hygiene standards, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a plus).
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Previous experience in luxury or fine-dining establishments is highly advantageous.
