Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Train, coach, and develop F&B staff to meet performance and service standards.
  • Implement and enforce SOPs for food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the kitchen, and manage supply orders.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues to maintain a positive experience.
  • Schedule staff shifts, assign tasks, and ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with management to plan menus, promotions, and special events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within F&B, hospitality, or restaurant management.
  • Proven ability to train and lead teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant SOPs, hygiene standards, and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Previous experience in luxury or fine-dining establishments is highly advantageous.
