Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and collaborate with management to optimize cost efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
- Assist in scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations to support team productivity and development.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to coordinate service flow and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, POS systems, and basic inventory management tools.
