Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the front-of-house team, including hosts, servers, and bussers, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences and uphold brand values.
- Monitor and manage inventory, including tableware, linens, and service supplies, to ensure availability and cost control.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate order timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance guest engagement, loyalty, and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Floor Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume, premium dining establishments, preferably in Asian or Korean cuisine.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Korean or Indonesian is a plus.
- Knowledge of POS systems, reservation software, and inventory management tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant’s operating hours.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management is advantageous.
