Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets across Bali, ensuring consistency in service and quality.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, train, and mentor outlet managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine menus, promotions, and service offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute brand campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency in a competitive market.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Passion for hospitality, customer service, and team development.
