Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end reservations for luxury accommodations, private villas, and exclusive experiences, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with high-net-worth clients, travel agents, and partners to understand needs and deliver tailored travel solutions.
- Coordinate with local vendors, guides, and service providers to curate bespoke itineraries (e.g., private tours, wellness retreats, cultural immersions).
- Oversee guest communications, from pre-arrival confirmations to post-stay follow-ups, with a focus on personalized service.
- Monitor booking systems, inventory, and pricing to optimize availability and revenue for premium properties.
- Host VIP guests during on-site visits, ensuring flawless execution of their travel plans and addressing any requests in real time.
- Resolve complex inquiries or issues with diplomacy and efficiency, maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Stay updated on Bali’s latest luxury offerings, trends, and competitor activities to provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in reservations, guest services, or travel coordination, preferably in luxury hospitality or tourism.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s geography, culture, and premium travel destinations (e.g., Ubud’s retreats, Nusa Dua’s resorts).
- Proficiency in CRM systems, booking platforms (e.g., Opera, Amadeus), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Passion for service excellence and a natural ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings/weekends for guest arrivals or events (with prior notice).
- Legal right to work in Indonesia (or willingness to relocate with company support).
