Responsibility
- Manage and lead the bar team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
- Develop and implement creative beverage menus, ensuring high-quality offerings.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to create promotional events and enhance guest engagement.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including sales reports and expense tracking.
- Uphold Accor’s sustainability initiatives and responsible hospitality practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and inventory management.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RSA) is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and responsible hospitality practices.
