Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate F&B service operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality guest experiences.
- Greet, seat, and attend to guests with professionalism, warmth, and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Oversee table setups, menu presentations, and beverage service, including wine pairings and recommendations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff to maintain service standards and operational excellence.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with diplomacy and prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist in maintaining a clean, organized dining area.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in F&B service, hospitality, or a similar role (Captain/Supervisor roles require prior leadership experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, guest-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of wine, fine dining etiquette, and service protocols is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a bonus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move items as needed.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
