Responsibility
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue, reduce costs, and enhance profitability across hotel operations.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk, including currency fluctuations and market volatility.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls.
- Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support strategic business decisions and long-term growth.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multi-departmental operations.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and financial modeling tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a hands-on approach.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
