Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of pastries, beverages, and light meals according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas, counters, and kitchen stations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
